PikkaCraft Terms of Service

By donating to, purchasing from, or using the PikkaCraft Minecraft server, Discord server, website, or any related services (collectively referred to as "the Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are binding and enforceable, and your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

1. Changes to Perks, Services, and Terms

1.1 PikkaCraft reserves the right to modify, remove, or change any perks, benefits, or services associated with donations or purchases at any time, with or without prior notice.
1.2 If changes are made, you will not be entitled to retain or claim any previous benefits or perks.
1.3 This document may be updated at any time, and you agree to be bound by any changes made to these terms, even if you do not receive notice of such updates.

2. Account Restrictions and Server Access

2.1 PikkaCraft staff, including owners, administrators, hosts, and other authorized parties, reserve the right to restrict, ban, mute, jail, or otherwise limit your access to the Service, permanently or temporarily, at their sole discretion.
2.2 Such actions may be taken without prior notice and without any obligation to provide a refund or compensation.
2.3 This applies to all cases, including but not limited to:

  • Violations of server rules;
  • Disputes over donations or purchases;
  • Server shutdowns (temporary or permanent);
  • User dissatisfaction with perks or services;
  • User-initiated chargebacks or refund requests.

3. Donations and Purchases

3.1 Donations are voluntary contributions and are not considered purchases. By donating, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to any physical or virtual goods, perks, or benefits unless explicitly stated.
3.2 Any perks or benefits received are provided "as-is" and are subject to change or removal without notice.
3.3 All sales and donations are final. You may not request refunds, chargebacks, or any form of reimbursement under any circumstances.
3.4 Attempting to reverse a payment (e.g., via chargeback) will result in immediate restrictions on your access to the Service and may lead to legal action to recover damages.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 PikkaCraft and its staff, owners, hosts, advertisers, officers, directors, employees, partners, and all related parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses;
  • Inability to use the Service;
  • Costs incurred to obtain substitute goods or services;
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service.

5.3 If any part of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain fully valid and binding.

6. Third-Party Services and Affiliations

6.1 PikkaCraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party companies, including but not limited to Nintendo, Microsoft, Mojang, or any other entities related to Minecraft or its intellectual property.
6.2 By using the Service, you acknowledge that PikkaCraft operates independently and is not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of these third-party companies.

7. CraftingStore Terms of Service

7.1 PikkaCraft utilizes CraftingStore for certain transactions and services. By using the Service, you agree to comply with CraftingStore's Terms of Service, which can be found on their official website.
7.2 Any disputes or issues arising from the use of CraftingStore must be resolved directly with CraftingStore, and PikkaCraft shall not be held liable for any matters related to their platform.

8. Acceptance of Terms

8.1 By donating, purchasing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
8.2 These terms remain in effect indefinitely, even after you cease using the Service, are banned, or otherwise leave the server, Discord, or website.

9. Jurisdiction-Specific Clauses

9.1 Some jurisdictions may not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such cases, the applicable terms will be adjusted to comply with local laws, but all other terms will remain in full force and effect.

10. Final Notes

10.1 PikkaCraft reserves the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced chargeback or other breach of these terms.
10.2 The PikkaCraft Minecraft server, Discord server, and website are all managed under the same legal rights and protections outlined in this document.

By continuing to use the Service, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.
